Green California Schools Summit
Educational leaders, teachers and architects from across California convened in Anaheim, Calif., from Dec. 8-10 to learn how to build a new generation of schools that provide a better learning environment for students and have the capacity to generate all their own electricity, with Green Innovation Connect on hand to display cutting-edge technology to participants. Governor’s Global Climate Summit
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger welcomed fellow governors from across the U.S. and officials from around the world to Beverly Hills, Calif., on Nov. 18 and 19 to try to create a framework for UN negotiators to use to prepare a new climate change agreement at their December 2008 meeting in Poland. The Green Innovation Connect booth received a steady flow of visitors interested in the latest green-tech offerings from Japan. Read more
