Quarterly Accounts and Main Economic Indicators (MEI)
The Quarterly National Accounts (QNA) and Main Economic Indicators
(MEI) databases contain unique economic time series data for OECD
countries and selected non-OECD countries. The common format facilitates
comparison and the long history and the wide range of data items enable
comprehensive analysis.
The QNA database is compiled by the OECD and contains statistics
for Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by type of expenditure at current
and constant prices. Data is available on a quarterly and annual
basis for all OECD countries that produce quarterly accounts
and for some country aggregations.

The MEI database is compiled by the OECD and contains statistics
for OECD member countries and certain non-member countries.
Data is updated monthly and is available from 1985. Data items
give coverage of national accounts, business surveys and consumer
opinions, leading indicators, retail sales, production, construction,
prices, employment, unemployment, wages, finance, foreign
trade and balance of payments.
